Required Athletics & Activities Packet: All athletes must turn in an athletic packet every year prior to the first practice of their sport. Turn in the information sheet and physical or interim questionnaire to the middle school office. If you have questions regarding the forms or eligibility, contact Brett DePew at 208.676.1667 or bdepew @cdacharter.org.

The short explanation: EVERY SCHOOL YEAR players must turn in TWO forms to the middle school office:
1) Information Sheet + Physical, or 2) Information sheet + Interim Questionnaire; see athletic packet for more details.

Volunteer Driver Checklist (optional): We appreciate your willingness to volunteer to drive students to athletic and extracurricular activities! In order to provide the utmost safety for our students, we require all such volunteers to provide the items listed on the checklist before students are allowed to travel in your vehicle. This process takes approximately five minutes to complete online. Information may be faxed to the Academy at 676-8667 or dropped off at the office. Thank you!

Show your school pride! Purchase a Charter Academy Sweatshirt or T-shirt!

Hooded (non-uniform) or crew neck (uniform) sweatshirts are $25.00 and T-shirts are $10.00. To have your name printed on the back add $5.00. Contact Cindy Roth at 676.1667 or croth @cdacharter.org.

Panther Pride Window Clings Available!

Looking for new ways to show your panther pride to the community? How about a static cling for the window of your vehicle or house? These 5” x 5” images will not leave a sticky residue on glass, and can be removed and reaffixed at any time. Charter Academy paw prints can be purchased at any time at either office or in Mrs. Roth’s room for $5.00. All proceeds will support the yearbook and student-run newspaper.

ASB & Sports Passes

Students will receive their ID cards in September. They may purchase an ASB sticker to be added to their ID card for $30.00. This sticker allows students to go to all home games and drama productions for free. Parents may purchase season passes for $25.00-$40.00 per pass, per sport; see the office for details.
